My experience with Julia Usey to get my appointment scheduled even with lots of changes by me and my family, Julia was professional and flexible with accommodating our requests.
Due to an vehicle accident, I was suddenly presented a "Property Damage Release and Settlement Agreement". Not knowing if it was a valid document/contract I turned to Arena Collective for advice. The request went to Julia Usey and she called be to discuss my needs. She referred me to the right resources and my needs were answered quickly. Not only did she do a good job of getting me to the right person, she followed up to ensure I got what I needed. The followup was equally important! Julia did a great job!
