TLDR: It's a wait but well worth it. It's the last week before tax day and I expect there to be a wait. This was my first time here but two people who don't know each other recommended this spot. I'm a social butterfly so while I waited I talked to a few people there and all of them said it's worth the wait. They have a good system where you get seen twice, the first time gets all your documents in order, the second is with Sophia who does the taxes. Extremely disappointed with this tax service. I ended up owing money to the IRS that was never actually owed. I paid this lady twice for my 2024 business returns, only to later find out she never even filed them with the IRS. As a result, I received penalties for both 2023 and 2024. It wasn’t until I hired a bookkeeping professional that I discovered multiple missing forms.
