Extremely disappointed with this tax service. I ended up owing money to the IRS that was never actually owed. I paid this lady twice for my 2024 business returns, only to later find out she never even filed them with the IRS. As a result, I received penalties for both 2023 and 2024. It wasn’t until I hired a bookkeeping professional that I discovered multiple missing forms.
