We rely on Arecibo for when we travel with our toddler and need a car seat. Today we ordered a pickup at JFK airport with a toddler car seat which they confirmed. They arrived without a carseat leaving us in a position to choose between waiting for another car to come after a long, late flight or to take our toddler home without a safe car seat for him.

We’ve been a fan of Arecibo for over 4 years now, usually for rides to/from the airport, and they’ve have always been stellar. But I’m leaving this review because they saved our dog’s life last July. We brought Lily to VERG in Brooklyn on 7/3/2024 for what we now know were symptoms of Meningoencephalitis of Unknown Origin (MUO). Her condition tanked in a matter of hours and we had to transport her to AMC Schwartzman on 7/5/2024. I am so glad we found this Service! Was looking for a convenient option to pick up our family with children. Booking was so easy; chose to do a quick phone call, and was advised would be called on arrival (flight info was provided). The minute we landed, (big shout out to Andre!), Andre contacted us and assisted us in where to meet for pick up at JFK.
