On Feb. 2nd during a power outage downtown brooklyn. I had a family emergency. Not only did con ed assist me with letting the cab driver park his car behind the con ed cones so I could help a family member... thanks to con ed workers and to the driver @Amadou who helped me help my sister and to Arecibo for having employees that go the extra mile.

I’d give no stars if possible. “Punctual service” as claimed in their advertisements and hold messages, is laughable. Also , as a medical ride they abandoned the ride purposely while continuing to book their other trips and deprioritizing my ride. My number was not answered as proven by my nurse calling for me, and being answered within minutes. After almost 2 hours waiting after my 6 hour infusion, while being pushed out of the building I was being picked up from, I was forced to find my own way home in the cold. I was told... read more

1 Star – Horrible, Unprofessional, and unreliable ! My mother had a scheduled pickup for 12:45 PM. We were outside waiting. At 12:50 PM, I called and was told the driver picked up the wrong person. That is completely unacceptable—drivers should be verifying names and reservations, especially for medical transportation. No one ever showed up. At 1:00 PM, I called again and was told the driver was “on his way” and that another passenger would already be in the vehicle. Called a car. They didn’t send any kind of text confirmation or even read back my address and requested pick up time or destination. They never showed. And I’ve called several times in the last hour and no one will pick up. Almost missed my flight
