Just had a deep tissue massage with Abena and she was incredible! She performed magic on me and I came out feeling brand new! I’d highly recommend and will definitely come back for another massage and to try the saunas too!
I was a ‘walk in’ for a short notice cold plunge (only) bc i really needed one to refresh my cells to the core. I was visiting the neighborhood and stumbled over it. what great energy in this place!!! a true community feel with a soulful atmosphere. Ladina who worked there was very welcoming and accommodating. Training for a marathon so I spoke to someone on the phone who got me signed up for the $90/month subscription - comes with a pair of 60 min sessions in your own personal room (sauna + cold plunge tub) Wow. I walked out a brand new person with a fresh pair of legs. Really clean, updated equipment and lovely staff. Can’t wait to try other services - really a hidden gem for recovery!! 🧖♀️
I am a hard-core tennis player and I rely on this place to recover, weekly. I also rely on it to boost my immune system whenever I feel compromised. And the treatment never fails me. 3 hours of grueling tennis and I walk out of the 1-hour treatment feeling restored. An incipient cold would be cleansed right after a treatment.
