I have called several times and can't get any response. I leave my info. Crickets
Senior Resource Center has discontinued the Meals on Wheels program. The Senior Resource Center gave out the Ohio area of Aging phone number to the clients that were participating in the Meals on Wheels program. I attempted to reach out to the Ohio Area of Aging numerous times leaving messages on their voicemail. A caseworker has yet to return my call. What exactly does the Ohio Area of Aging do?
This company is supposed to be providing home care services to a family member and a meeting was scheduled for a week or more ago and the person has not been out to the home nor did or has she contacted them via telephone to follow up. It’s ashamed to think that an elderly person really needing home are services would be treated this way!
I can't believe they can't help me to get terminated from this agency
