I called to try and get information for my father for a new health issue and possibly some financial support. 3 days later my call was returned but I was unable to answer as my supervisor and other company leaders were present. I returned the call and 1 week later nobody has returned my call. I believe it's all volunteer people. So at least nobody is getting paid.

The first 2 yrs of my going there was a 5 star. This year I give 1 star. They don't return phone calls, even went there to see if they were open I talked with them, still! no calls returned when they said they would call. I went there once and made 4 ph calls AND STILL WAITING.
