Business is closed except for appointments but nobody ever answers the phone. Didn't know there was an agency that was allowed to deny doctor's notes. I will be looking into a lawyer to pursue a discrimination case.
This place used to be the clearing house for information regarding my client. I am an Individual Provider and the Area on Aging when the State ran the program. This portion of DSHS has been privatized. Which means a few people are getting rich and taking our states money in exchange for Poor Service and because they don't answer I have been on hold for a week, 5 days, 5 to 6 hours a day.
