Two stars because it’s a great place to get a loan from especially when you have no other options , however they are extremely rude and aggressive about payments over the phone . Life happens ,people forget things , and most of us are paid biweekly . If I say I can’t pay you until a certain day and say I don’t mind the late charge and understand it because you conduct a business and it’s my responsibility as the. Payer of the loan , that should be the end of it . I should not be held hostage on the phone about the payment .
