I would love to see this place in person
I was moving from the bay to la and this place stole $2,000 dollars from me. I had a signed lease agreement but was unable to come at move in date due to being in the hospital. I had already sent the deposit before having emergency surgery. The contract was void since I was unable to come at move in date AND in the lease agreement it said deposits were refundable but they refused to refund me.
Strategic location. Near to commercial establishments, churches, train and bus stations. Very easy to commute to different parts of LA and the rest of California:
You do not know what this house meant to me! It was amazing and might be one bedroom but we lived on the third floor and had an amazing veiw from the living room and there were so many kind people in the building I wish I could go back!
