I bought a Barronett Pentagon Blind the week before Thanksgiving so I could take my disabled brothers along deer hunting, the blind failed the first time it was set up, one of the poles tore through the pocket that's supposed to hold it. I have contacted them on their contact form on the website as well as the Barronett Facebook page, I sent them the information they asked for and now they will not respond to email or messenger. Called Ardisam for rusting pipes on Quickflip 2 Ice fishing sled . They told me it was an old sled and there's no warranty on it , to find an old one for sale online for parts.!! It won't fix the problem of those cheap rusting pipes ,

Horrible customer service. Twice I have waited over 30 minutes on hold only to be disconnected . Avoid their products!!!
Horrible customer service online and phone. They don't return messages or calls. You say you pride yourself in customer service which I have to hear over and over while on hold. I have yet to see this excellent service. Very disappointed!!!!

I tried to get some info regarding their Eskimo line... You'd better hope you do not need to contact them. the local phone number will even ring, the 1-800 number puts me in this awful self promoting announcement loop forever, and the chat option is non functional. no one answered my online form.
