Terrible customer service. Blacks marks on the gazebo I purchased and was told that it didn’t affect the “ functionality” of the product. I think it was a return product I received because the box was re taped. She is a poor representative for the company and will cause the company to lose business. Customer satisfaction is not in this companies vocabulary.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order a week ago and it still has not shipped. They don't return phone calls or emails. I'll never purchase anything from them again or their partner companies.

I received a promotional email mail advertising free shipping on a Gazelle T4 tent last week. I placed the order and was charged the $108 for the shipping. No response from them yet.

Had a small issue with my Ion X auger. Brought it into customer service since I am not far away, they replaced the flight and it works fantastic again.

I purchased item that arrived defective. When tried to resolve the issue the reperesenitiv Kathy Cassell was argumentative and not helpful at all. I will not purchase anything from them in the future.

Ardisam has great customer service. Had an issue with my Castle Serenity pellet stove that i just bought a month ago. No waiting, no answering machine. Service rep was very nice and informative. He's sending me out the parts that possibly went bad in my stove. Should be here in a couple days. Again great customer service with Ardisam..
