Rude staff, imcomptent management and dirty home. Clothes are shared between residents, as are pads etc. Bedrooms haven't been decorated since the 1980s and the home is either very hot or very cold. Staff don't seem to wear PPE and let residents live in bedrooms with no heating and rooms that need renovating. Avoid.
