I honestly could not believe the service that was given. these woman were nothing short of absolute angels. they showed compassion, empathy and even a wee bit of healthy banter. they put so much thought, time and effort into this person's case. they were Januce, Angela and Lisa. forever grateful foe people like yous on that job role x
