If you wanna feel unwelcome and completely overwhelmed by disorganization this is the Ardene’s for you. This is the most chaotic and under staffed retail store I have ever walked into. Very unprofessional and messy store. Good luck finding what you were looking for here, also because the sales floor is such a mess most items you pick, you have no idea if they are included in any sales. At the time of purchasing a jacket, we were told that after a month, we would receive 30% back in our Ardene account. However, we never received anything. When we contacted app support, they claimed that no such promotion existed, meaning the in-store salesperson misled us. Additionally, I recently visited the store again and noticed that the baskets and other areas were covered in dust, indicating a lack of cleaning and maintenance.we had to wash our shoes and pants at home because was dusty
The manager, Victoria at this location was extremely helpful and such a beautiful soul. She helped show me the deals and everything, very professional and sweet. Happy with my purchases as well :)
They have a lady at the door stopping people from getting in saying they close at 6:00 p.m today. Their online page says they close at 8:00 p.m on Saturdays. It was 5:58 pm when I came. This happened on Saturday January 11th at 5:58 p.m. on Ardene Merival Road. If you want to close early at least fix your online business hours !!.
