Nice place for great fashion clothes
Disappointed for two reasons 1) they left the security tag on one pj top so now I have to go back and I live 45 mins away! (Not sure why the alarm did not sound.) 2) I accidentally brought 3 pairs of socks to the cash and I only wanted 2 since it was buy 1 and get the 2nd for $1. I told her I did not want the 3rd one so she said no problem she would just return them all and re-scan them. I did not notice until I got home that she ended up rescanning all 3 again. The staff at the Merivale location go above and beyond. I lost my receipt and they went out of their way to make it right and help me to an exchange. They always greet you when you come in and the store is always so clean . I won’t go to any other location. These employees deserve a raise. I appreciate all that they do and will always continue to shop here and u tell all my friends to shop there too
Nice place, clean and good prices
Very bad customer service! The manager was not in a pleasant manner. She wouldn’t return my items because her system was in error.
