late review- one of the worst ardene’s i have ever been to, the st. laurent and gatineau location are better and i’d rather spend my money there. the assistant manager is rude, some girls working here clearly do not like their job and roll their eyes when you ask them something, i will not be returning
Dear Ardene Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your Ardene location at Merivale , on August 3 Sunday. I arrived at 5:30 PM, ready to shop and try on clothing items, only to be informed by the manager that the fitting rooms were already closed for the day. Giving 1 star because my friend forced me to not give your store even 2 stars after she heard of my experience with the cashier. I purchased an item, she scanned it and handed it back to me without removing the hanger/tags. When I asked for a bag for my item, I was impolitely told the cost of it and the overall behavior left me feeling uncomfortable, sad and unwelcome. Gonna think twice about visiting the store ever again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know because of the behavior of the employee/cashier.
