Would rate this awful prison a 0 if I could, so glad this place has closed down, they completely neglected my wonderful Nan whilst keeping her in her room, didn’t socialise her, ensure her even basic needs were met and most importantly they didn’t check on her, which ultimately caused her severe dehydration and hospitalisation where sadly she then passed away soon after admission. Appalling place
One star for the chef. Awful site, lack cleanliness, stinks. Not a safe place for dementia patients who need care. Bedsores within 1 week. Please choose wisely and always check CQC, visit all homes before you decide to leave your precious loved ones.
Arden House is the best place I have worked the atmosphere is always positive and calm. The staff are incredible they always go above and beyond and more for the residents. If you have any issues they will try there best to help you resolve them. The residents have so much to choose from as activities on a daily basis. They're given snacks before and after lunch time with there choice of drink. The Chef makes home made meals everyday and makes sure the presentation is always up to the higest of standards.
