I absolutely love living here. The quality and Construction are very well done. I never hear my neighbors next door. What’s the most important is the management? Heidi is wonderful, professional, courteous and kind. It’s rare to find good management in apartment living, and she surpasses any expectations that I had. The maintenance man Lani is also very responsive, kind, and professional.

Beautiful townhomes with luxury finishes. You can tell these are well built, the inside is modern and tasteful. The closet storage is impressive, and having direct laundry access from the master closet is well thought out. Love the upgraded appliances. Two car garage was an excellent choice. Cute little paved walking trail in the complex. Overall very glad we chose this as home! Only wish is that they would fence in more units, that would be amazing!
Management is wonderful - always super responsive. We hope the current office management stays. The maintenance guy is excellent too. The only negative is the poor construction quality of the units. Even though the units are brand new, we've put in several maintenance requests just within the first month of living here alone. The downstairs gets super cold in the winter compared to the upstairs. The walls are pretty thin, and we often hear our neighbors.
