Maintenance requests are handled promptly every single time, which gives me so much peace of mind. They value both the property and the people who live here. I’m glad I chose this place. I’ve lived here for over a month now, and I can honestly say Arden Homes has everything I could want in a place. Everything is beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out, and the rooms and closets are incredibly spacious. Heidi made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and Lonnie from maintenance is always quick to respond. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it!
