Waste of my time and money. I went on the website and scheduled a cosmetic tattoo removal consultation and filled out most of the paperwork. The owner Blossom called me soon after to collect a $30 consultation fee. Her telephone demeanor was overbearing and she asked me how I was doing twice. I said good both times. So I get to my appointment and while I stood at the front desk, Blossom marked my face tattoos with white pencil and tugged and pulled on my aging facial skin repeatedly until I asked her to stop.
