This place is a complete joke. I was offered a position and this smelly ass place and was told that I would be called back for paperwork just to hear nothing. I turned down another job offer because this location was more convenient just for them to never call me. Th er should be happy someone wants to work at this place with the triflin care their employees provide for their clients.
They were able to approve my relative with a rare, difficult form of dementia, and were very accommodating to our families' particular needs. Though we ultimately placed them with another facility, I would otherwise recommend Arden for memory care for patients with non-standard forms of dementia.
My husband was admitted to Arden Courts in Wilmington recently. The Memory Care Advisor, Emilia Hartmann, the RCS Nurse, Martha Blankenship, and the Executive Director Jeannette Quinones were patient, kind and thorough in their assessments. We received a warm, well coordinated reception on the day of admission by many team members. Arden Courts is thoughtfully designed for care of residents with dementia. I am currently satisfied that my husband is in Arden Courts in Wilmington, Delaware.
I cannot say enough positive things about Arden Courts. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and compassion in every aspect of the community. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure that residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected. I wouldn’t leave my dog with these people. They’re incompetent at best. The second time I visited the facility, one of the staff members tried to physically assault me after I accidentally bumped into her and apologized. My grandmother had to be rushed to the hospital via ambulance after having a severe infection under their care. This was after I insisted that her wound was infected and not being cleaned properly.
