recently came in to complete a tour with Sabrina and Jefferson with my mom for my grandma. They were both super nice and did a great job telling us about the building and different activities. My grandma passed away before we could look to move her unfortunately, but this was where my mom planned to go. Sabrina reached out to my mom personally via email to send her condolences which i thought was really nice since she didn't even know my grandma yet. Everything I’ve seen makes me feel the staff really seems to care for their residents.
I can not say enough good things about this community. I am from wilmington but i work in healthcare and travel throughout delaware, and can truly say they are the BEST at what they do. They have fair pricing and no levels of charge charges which is almost unheard of. The team is always so personable and everyone takes time to stop and speak to me when I come in to visit and make my rounds. I got to attend the halloween party that arden courts of wilmington had for their residents today and I must say... WOW!!! this building has come such a long way. All of the staff welcomed me with open arms even though it was my first visit in close to 3 years since i moved out of town. I saw residents and staff who truly were having fun and loving being together. I have heard so many positive things about this establishment. I have distant relatives in there and also friends who have family members who reside there and they have nothing but amazing things to say! The staff is always very friendly and a standout is Sabrina. She’s always so pleasant and a joy to be around and have been told she genuinely cares about the residents there!! I wish there were more establishments like this one and people like Sabrina who show interest in people and their job! Thank you
