PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. I can’t emphasize enough how terrible this facility is. Don’t let the tour fool you. It is not an accurate representation of what you will be subjecting your loved one to. We moved my grandmother here with the expectation that she was in some of the best hands in the state for memory care. We could not have been more wrong. Volunteering here was one of the best decisions I have ever made! It was super eye opening being around patients with different types of Alzheimer's/ dementia. All of the staff are so welcoming and kind. I have definitely learned a lot from this experience and hope to be back soon.
I couldn't be happier with the care that Arden Courts provides to my Step-dad. I moved him from a miserable memory care unit in Michigan to Arden Courts about 2 months ago. The facility staff immediately understood his needs and keep him safe, healthy and actively engaged in meaningful activities. Arden Courts is an incredible memory care facility. All of the staff are so caring and involved. The enrichment programs are thoughtfully planned and executed in such fun, interactive ways. I have witnessed such patience and kindness from every staff member; the leadership team is very involved and knows each resident like family and its clear that they all love their jobs.
