Caring attentive staff.
My father was a resident of Arden Courts Richmond. The staff was so nice, they treated not just my father but also me and my family like we were part of their family. There came the time I couldn't even get my father out of his bed. I would get one of the aids and with no problem at all they would come to his room and in no time he was walking down the hall with them, hand in hand.
