Number 1 - Have the correct name of your client...sorry, I'm not Ms. Kuczynski! Number 2 - Have the correct address of your client (after numerous times to have it corrected!). Most importantly.....respond to your PAYING client in a timely fashion..not with excuses that you are too busy. Weeks, sometimes a month, with a reply that 'I've been in court' My advice....if you are not qualified or uninterested in a case, tell the client up front and save them $$$$.
