Horrible management – I agree with Amber818, manager is rude, obnoxious, and extremely loud. Moods shift like crazy as well. She did not know how to handle any situation. I happened to be in the store when a customer was very upset and threatened to sue the store. The manager did nothing, and when the customer finally left, she started talking about the customer in a rude, disrespectful way, in front of customers! definitely not coming back.
horrible customer service – I couldn't be more unhappy with this location! I am a comedian and travel a lot.. the first time i went in there.. i had called prior to my visit and asked the sales lady to pull specific items, i quickly ran into the store at 6pm before i had to be at my show at 730, tried on the clothes to make sure they fit.. i quickly checked out spending close to 400 dollars!
