I had a very disappointing experience with your immigration service. I was charged a significant amount in advance with the assurance that it would be refundable if the process did not move forward. Unfortunately, not only was the service never delivered as promised, but the money was also not refunded despite multiple follow-ups. This kind of practice feels dishonest and unprofessional.
