Booking was seamless with Rachel over 1 year from our wedding date which gave us high hopes. We booked Queen of the Night. As the months got closer and we reached back out (around May/June) the communication was very poor. Staffing had obviously changed. I often had to email or call multiple times to even get a response weeks later. The bus was not very cleanly, the bathroom door kept locking people in. Amazing service! Loved being on the bus for a birthday party. Drinks bartender and driver were all great. Loud music and washroom on board! Will use again!
