Loved this place. The 3 minutes in the chamber are indeed tough--I was doing a lot of deep breathing--but ultimately the feeling of mental clarity, euphoria, and tiredness is worth it. I slept great the night I did it and felt sharper at work the next day. I'll be back!
I love this place. I love the owner (Kimberly) and how knowledgable she is about everything cryo and wellness. I'll always keep coming back -- have noticed by body feels a lot better, inflammation is down, and so is cellulite!
