Love this spot! Especially fun to have a dual tub where you can do the cold plunge with a friend. And the coffee is so good! The staff is friendly and will guide you through the cold plunge if you are new to it. I have been a few times and brought friends and it is always an amazing time. The rental booties/mittens and hot robe after the plunge make the whole experience so luxurious. Definitely recommend trying this location for a fun experience.

This place is amazing absolutely changed the muscle recovery game for me! I feel amazing after every plunge and my soreness walks right out the door! Not to mention how loved and greeted you are by Delaney and Alex when you first arrive! The whole arctic bath fam is amazing and so supportive with every plunge. And you need to stop by the coffee bar after and get an amazing beverage from Torrie! Whether you’re coming to take a really cold bath;) or just a yap session at the coffee bar this is the place!
