Everyone is so kind, caring, and knowledgeable! They make you feel right at home, and coach you though the plunge if you need that support! The coffee is top tier as well! So many delicious flavors that the baristas smash every single time! The vibe and energy is so nice and calming sitting and sipping your coffee in your super warm and cozy robe! I had an amazing experience with the cold plunge this past Saturday! The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff made the experience both safe and enjoyable. The plunge itself was invigorating—challenging, but incredibly refreshing. I left feeling energized, recharged, and ready to take on the week. Highly recommend to anyone looking to boost recovery and reset their mind and body!
Arctic bath and coffee is a GEM! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed in. The team/staff are knowledgeable about the benefits of a cold plunge and coach you through your plunges. Wrapping in the warm robe after your plunge, having your warm beverage wait for you, and sitting at the coffee bar adds to the excellent vibes. This isn't just a place for a cold plunge but an entire positive experience from beginning to end. You won't be disappointed and will definitely want to keep going back.
Fantastic experience! A comfortable and inviting environment great for a social gathering or as part of your wellness routine. The staff is there to coach, support, and praise you through the plunge session or step back and let you fly solo. Bonus: delicious coffee drinks available to warm you up after!
