It’s definitely a mental challenge, but pushing through makes me feel like I leveled up. Plus, the coffee and shake menu is incredible. I just finished my first 12 week challenge and plunged 69 times! Part of my near daily routine, cold plunging leaves me invigorated and ready for anything. The staff is beyond friendly, with a welcoming enviornment, and great coffee, add this stop to your routine for better mental clarity, muscle recovery and a great nights sleep.
Artic Bath is such a great place. After plunging, I always leave feeling amazing. The staff is awesome, especially Drew, who makes every visit better. Bonus: they’ve got a coffee robot that’s honestly incredible. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
