Very professional and effective physiotherapy!
Very unprofessional experience at this physiotherapy clinic. There is a sign requesting shoes be removed at the door. I am normally fully compliant with clinic rules; however, on this occasion I had unusual circumstances that meant I was unable to remove my shoes or use the provided shoe covers. I was approached in the waiting room and had my footwear directly questioned in a condescending manner. I had an excellent experience at this physiotherapy clinic! Li was my therapist, and she was incredibly understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout my treatment. She really took the time to listen and tailor the sessions to my needs. The acupuncture and cupping therapy she provided made a huge difference and helped me heal much faster than I expected.
