Arcmate make the best pickers available! I have been using them for over 20 years. They are by far the best for picking up most anything from pinecones to bricks.
I have been using the EZ Reachers for years and always request the black rubber cups because we are using them outdoors. I did not receive the order I placed several weeks ago so I called customer service after placing an additional order. I spoke with Tulia (not sure about spelling) and within 30 seconds of beginning the call she was condescending and had an attitude. I now own four 32" reachers. I use them so much that they are just an extension of my arms. They are used outside in the yard to clean up (I live literally in the woods so there is always plenty to pick up...pine cones, small sticks and branches, etc.) mainly but there are many uses inside, as well. I seldom have to resort to a step ladder anymore to reach items on a high shelf. They are the perfect answer to getting under the refrigerator to clean.
