MAKE SURE YOU DONT FULLY PAY THEM UNTIL THEIR WORK IS DONE！！！ My neighbor recommended this contractor，Anna is an amazing interior designer，but so many disappointments of my experience with Sam. I never delayed any payments with them，it was $150kproject，I always pay what they asked for even though their work keep delaying .
