RecommendedFacebook recently had a glitch and I was notified right away by ArchiveSocial about reconnecting our account so that archiving could continue. ArchiveSocial is a great company run by enjoyable people. Our organization just started using them, so I don't have a lot of experience with the product (including during times of great need) but given what I know so far I'd expect it to continue to meet or exceed my needs, especially with their team backing it up.
