Great company. Amazing staff. Incredible product selection. Service is impeccable. Buy your hard surface flooring and masonry products from professionals, not box stores and chains.

We recently placed a special order for hearth tile on a fireplace project. After picking up the order we discovered the tile was not representative of the sample we saw in the showroom. We were told to bring it back and that a person would let me know the first of the week what would be done. After first being told there would be no refund they decided the next day to refund the total cost of the tile. This was unexpected and we appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks to Wendy and her boss for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back to ABT for future projects.
