Product price was misrepresented as at the signing of contract extra fees and charges were revealed in spite of my request that the price I be quoted be all inclusive.

We recently placed a special order for hearth tile on a fireplace project. After picking up the order we discovered the tile was not representative of the sample we saw in the showroom. We were told to bring it back and that a person would let me know the first of the week what would be done. After first being told there would be no refund they decided the next day to refund the total cost of the tile. This was unexpected and we appreciate the excellent customer service.
