Needed non-emergency transportation for my elderly mother-in-law who developed a critical need to get to the urgent care in Spanish Fork. Special wheelchair vehicle was needed on short notice. Even with the July 4th holiday upon us they were able to get her from my home to the clinic within an acceptable time period. The driver, Devon, was beyond outstanding!!! Can not recommend this medical transport company enough. From how they handled communication with me and then all they did to help my daughter get to the airport, make sure she had breakfast, make sure she was as comfortable as she could be with even getting into the plane-they were incredible. Thankful that we had them in our time of need.
This place was easy to work with,the person on phone was very polite and answered all my questions. Driver was on time and very professional I will use them again in the future.
Great communication, fast response, kind staff! Our driver even helped us lift grandpa in the house! Thank You Arches!!
