Excellent care taken to transport my dad to see my mom. She had fallen and broke her hip. He is wheelchair bound and is difficult to get into a car. They were on time! Thanks so much!
This is the first time I used Arches. I used Arches for a discharge pick up from a hospital after a complicated surgery. I initially made my discharge on a Friday afternoon. After having a discussion with my surgeon, he decided that it would be a benefit to me to stay another night in the hospital. I called Arches to inform them of the extra night and asked if it would be possible to change my discharge pick up to Saturday. They were accepting of this change, and I was very appreciative. Been Using this ride company for awhile now. Vans are always clean. Staff are friendly. Always early or on time. None better. Also Tylor is Great.
As a healthcare worker myself, leaving people to wait for an hour or more is completely unacceptable; there are times where Arches will not answer their phones and you are unable to leave a message.
