I have been shopping here for years and I cannot say enough good things about this boutique! The owner and staff are so friendly, helpful and they stand by the clothing they sell. Always a positive experience at this locally owned business. Highly recommend!

I had Jenna come for hair for myself and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. She was so organized, talented and helped make us all feel so beautiful! She did such an incredible job with my hair. She was also just a joy to be around during the getting ready phase 🥰

My wife lost her dress that she had just bought???? Took it off somewhere ? We thought we bought it at Archer and Arrow in Nanaimo. So I phoned them and sent a Picture of it to get it replaced, they couldn't find it in their store. Clair looked all around Nanaimo and sent me a few emails about it. Yesterday she once again, sent an email. Clair didn't give up and found one in another store for me. Wow talk about great service I never expected that at all.
