Terrible upon vacating when LO’s had moved to more involved care facilities. Precious personal items lost. Slow on refurbishment. Lack of communication, transparency, understanding of the law and ORA’s. No care and no responsibility. Very slow on payout. Highly disappointed.
One of the kindest and nicest staff I've seen in retirement villages. They care for their elders.
