Totally incompetent Outrageous fees for mediocre service with someone with whom communication is impossible. It is impossible to communicate with Lisa Archer. She never pauses while speaking, even when you try to say something to her. She charges outrageous fees for mediocre service ($200+ for reading an email or taking a phone call).
