They are great up to the point they get paid, title department drags their feet and are no help at all they claimed to have sent my titles off tax assessor claims to have never received it. You would think for what you pay them. It would be a very smooth transaction. now I have to drive three hours back to the previous owner and ask him to file for a lost title in order to rectify their mess
