My phone's battery was failing. I was losing charge with very little phone use. I called Tony to see if he could help my older phone. Tony had my battery replaced within his estimated time frame. Not only that, when I picked it up, it was fully charged and I received a text with instructions for proper charging procedures to help prolong the battery. Thank you, Tony!
