They are very slow to release funds, and according to my lawyers Wagstaff&Carmell, they are the ones holding up money from mesh settlements I signed a settlement right at 6 months ago and nothing!! Normally on cases such as these according to The Bar Association it takes 6-8 weeks then your advised to talk to the Bar Associations.
They do not answer their phone or get back to you in a timely matter , or ever. We have sick clients that wait months for follow up. I've not received a call/email back from them for over a month.
