Great for beginning runners; could be friendlier – I bought my son his first pair of running shoes here--the fit was great, and the shoes have lasted through Dipsea training, the Dipsea race, and are still feeling good. I would suggest that the store work on its customer service a little. I am not knowledgeable about running shoes, which is why I went to a specialty store rather than to, say, Nordstrom.
