I hired Arch Moving to move me out of a one-bedroom apartment into another one bedroom apartment about 6 minutes down the road. I also enlisted their help to pack up my kitchen and a few books I had in a bookshelf. Altogether the move consisted of 10-20 boxes, one queen sized mattress, one dresser, one sectional and a small bookshelf. What should have been a 3-4 hour job turned into an 8 hour gig. Very professional, thorough and respectfull. Great experience. Would recommend Arch to anyone for a move!
I am increasingly concerned about the reliability of this company. After receiving the estimate, I was contacted multiple times by John, including on Saturdays and early in the mornings, asking if i am ready to sign the contract yet. I proceeded to sign the contract and scheduled a moving date. Since then, when i had questions i called them but my phone calls have gone unanswered. I have left voicemails with no response. Honestly a horrible experience, I had to keep following up on the time they were getting there, the movers were so slow, taking their sweet time to clock in more hours, and they damaged my furniture.
