I'm part of a group of people who are going through the process of trying to get our money back after a scheme we invested in went into administration. Mark from Arch Law did a couple of group calls with us and we each paid a £1k fee. I have not even had confirmation of payment received, let alone a response to the form I was asked to submit back at the end of 2024. I asked for a call a few weeks ago, left a voicemail but never heard back so I'm not entirely sure what I've paid for at this point.
Do not use this company!!! Terrible service throughout the conveyancing process. They lost a large sum of money which was my deposit for an off-plan property purchase. Which took weeks to resolve. Aura, extremely rude. Pretty much every email and communication is like having an argument with someone. Emma, my solicitor left the company mid way through conveyancing my purchase. The firm is very rude in particularly the person that worked with me, Aura Persad. She is rude and lacks professionalism. Very bossy, she behaves like a dictator on 2 occasions. The first was so bad when I was trying to exchange a contract. The second time, I had to reach out to the developers and the agent who recommended them. They did everything to resolve the problem. Archlaw, as a firm, didn't reach out to me and refused to listen to the developers that intervened but said they would no longer act on my behalf.
Put our house up for sale and chose Arch Law to deal with the conveyancing. We mentioned that we wanted a quick sale and our conveyancer Diane delivered by chasing up the purchasers solicitors and made sure that they didn't drag their feet! She was very patient with us and explained everything that we wasn't sure about. 100% recommend
