Extremely disappointed with this firms conduct. I paid £6,000 on account to deal with a matter. I had one zoom call for an hour and I was told the funds would cover the drafting of an application, witness statements and preparation for hearing. Following the zoom call I have not had any response. I have asked for a breakdown of work done 3 times - had no response. I have asked for the funds to be returned - no response.
