I scheduled massages here for both my daughter and myself for the first time. I loved that I was able to text with the owner to set up appointments. That made it so easy to schedule. As for the massages, my daughter and I were both so amazed by how wonderful they felt! The masseuses were both very skilled! They promoted a healing atmosphere and I loved that they focused on loosening up all my knots. The space was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I’m dreaming about going back as I write this. Got a deep tissue massage with Nicole, she put special attention towards tense areas I didn’t even know I needed addressed. I felt like I was in good hands and I left extremely relaxed and like all of my problem areas were tended to. I will definitely be booking with her again.Â
Arcata Lomi was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was relaxing and my massage therapist, Jamie, had very intuitive hands. I've been back several times and the experience is very calming and professional, and I felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!Â

I didn’t actually experience this service due to the fact there was miscommunication and accessibility issues. I filled out the client intake form online, arrived at the Jacoby storehouse site on time, entered through the bank side and attempted to use the broke down elevator a few times. Having ataxia, I asked the security person for help with the elevator who was more preoccupied with schmoozing what appeared to be an attractive collegiate.
