I recommend her to anyone suffering from any major or minor illness , very caring people very sincere ...Alissa is at front desk very nice young lady great with people she’s really a big asset to ARCARE .. good parking .. you will be treated with respect & dignity AR CARE KENSETT this is not in fort smith it’s kensett Arkansas Searcy exit at Walmart turn right 3 miles to clinic
