My Mum was the first resident to move in to Arcare Werribee’s and has been dubbed ‘The First Lady of Arcare. The transition into care was smooth thanks to Damien who couldn’t be more helpful and generous with his time. My Mum has completely changed in every way all for the better. My mother recently moved into Arcare Werribee after living alone for the past 25 years. After some trepidation, she is now wondering why she didn’t move in sooner! The facilities are great & she thinks the staff are wonderful. I appreciate how staff go out of their way to make her feel welcome and introduce her to the other residents. The food, staff & facilities are all first class.
Arcare Werribee have been great for our mum, Mavis. The establishment is new but has been well designed, incorporating the existing gum trees in the main courtyard. The activities have been great for our mum, with themed high tea, happy hour with entertainment and bingo. The facilities are great and it provides resort vibes, unlike traditional nursing homes. Although moving our elderly father into Arcare Werribee was an emotional time, we have not regretted our decision. The beauty of the surroundings, the dedicated staff, the medical assistance, the individual care provided have been higher than we could have possibly imagined. Dad constantly comments on the beautiful home and its comfortable and well thought out design. It feels like you have entered a beautiful 6 star resort. So stunning, both inside and out. Our family member has been here a week. Staff are friendly great communication nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Right down to the maintenance man and Sweet in the cafe. Faculty is stunning Well done Arcare
