Arcare Werribee have been great for our mum, Mavis. The establishment is new but has been well designed, incorporating the existing gum trees in the main courtyard. The activities have been great for our mum, with themed high tea, happy hour with entertainment and bingo. The facilities are great and it provides resort vibes, unlike traditional nursing homes. Although moving our elderly father into Arcare Werribee was an emotional time, we have not regretted our decision. The beauty of the surroundings, the dedicated staff, the medical assistance, the individual care provided have been higher than we could have possibly imagined. Dad constantly comments on the beautiful home and its comfortable and well thought out design. It feels like you have entered a beautiful 6 star resort. So stunning, both inside and out. Our family member has been here a week. Staff are friendly great communication nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Right down to the maintenance man and Sweet in the cafe. Faculty is stunning Well done Arcare
My mum has just transitioned to permanent residency at Arcare Werribee after trialling through respite for a number of weeks. We cannot speak highly enough of the support and assistance provided by staff during this process. All our queries & concerns were addressed fully, transparently & with empathy & respect. My dear, fiercely independent mother entered respite at 97. The tour was so impressive and welcoming which made it easier for mum to settle. At first she was hesitant but very quickly, thanks to the wonderful staff, mum is now a permanent resident who is so happy enjoying the many diverse activities and socialising with the other residents.
