My 90 year old mother was in respite at Arcare Werribee for two weeks. The facility is lovely and the staff were friendly, attentive and caring during the time she was there. The meals were delicious and activites enjoyable and mum was encouraged to participate eventhough she was not a permanent resident. The staff were also very welcoming to family and friends that visited her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arcare to those seeking respite or long term stay.

My father has just completed a two-week respite stay at Arcare Werribee, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The facilities are truly first class, and more like a five-star hotel than an aged care residence. I have really settled in well here. The staff are absolutely fantastic and each one remembers my name. The MUM'S and Nurses are all very good at their jobs, and are extremely helpful. The accommodation is fantastic and very new. The catering staff are also very good and there is always plenty of choices when it comes to the fantastic food. Finally the admin staff are an absolute delight to deal with.

I can't recommend Arcare Werribee highly enough. Since my father became a resident at Arcare Werribee I have seen improvements in him every day. The staff treat my dad with kindness, patience, dignity and respect. They take the time to understand him and their care is genuine. As a new resident the staff have been observing him closely to learn his likes and capabilities in order to develop an individual care plan that works best for him. My brother and I are absolutely blown away by the incredible care and compassion shown by the staff at Arcare Werribee.
