My MIL was in Arcare Lysterfield for 5 months. From the moment she stepped in to Arcare she fell in love with the modern facility. She felt at home. All the staff from admin, nurses,carers,kitchen wait staff,chefs, cleaners and maintenance were amazing. They looked after her like she was family. The communication from them was second to none. Would highly recommend Arcare Lysterfield for your loved ones who need permanent care.
Visited Arcare in Wellington Road Lysterfield recently and was assisted with viewing this new Aged Care facility and was extremely impressed with what they had to offer. The Rooms were large and very well planned with great amenities with everything you would need for a comfortable life. The Staff were very caring as you feel this from everyone you had contact with. Last week we had to make the heart breaking decision to place our 91yo mum into permanent care. What can l say - from the moment I met with Gabrielle for a tour, to today; it has been a flawless process. Every staff member we have dealt with has been amazing, caring and kind. My mum felt at home on day one, which is more than l could ask for. The premises are magnificent and we actually refer to it as the Hotel, given that’s what it feels like - a 5 star Hotel.
Respite stay was very comfortable, staff were friendly and detaile orientated. My husband enjoyed his stay and would be very happy to return. I felt at ease leaving him there as the care, staff and communitation was excellent.
Our family has had peace of mind since Mum moved into Arcare in May. The level of care, attention, and dignity shown to her has been outstanding across every aspect of her stay. Care & Nursing Support The care staff are attentive and compassionate, assisting Mum with personal hygiene, dressing when needed, and making sure her dietary preferences are respected.
