The care here is just absolutely incredible. We were very fussy with finding the right place for my beloved Nana. The facility is just gorgeous, beautifully appointed and provides a very glamorous aged care experience. Everything is so fresh and clean and exceptionally well maintained. My mother has been living at Arcare for around eight months now, and considering it’s a new facility, we’ve been so impressed with the care she’s received. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and respectful. They truly take the time to make residents feel heard and valued. The management team is proactive and approachable they genuinely listen to feedback and act on it quickly. My dear friend Paddy was in Respite for a few weeks recently and what an absolute beautiful facility. The staff were so friendly, its was exceptionally clean and Paddy was very happy and content with every service provided to him. This is not my first time at an Arcare facility, but this one feels different, like family. Amazing effort team Gisborne
