I had an appointment with Jennifer and she was great! I explained to her what I've been dealing with hair wise. She was very reassuring about the condition of my hair and she listened to what I wanted and my concerns. She gets my hair after just one visit and I feel like I got my hair back 😀 I'll definitely be returning to see her.
On 8/30/2024 my son bought two gift certificates for me so I could get massages here. He specifically told the woman at the desk they were for Swedish massages and the amount for the massages plus tip was put on each card. When I called on 9/18/2024 to make an appointment I was told they do not have a massage therapist, even though their website CLEARLY states that they do and my son was sold gift certificates two and a half weeks prior for that specific service.
