I recently had a loved one placed at Arcadia and so far they have far exceeded my expectations. He is a total care patient and most places seem like they are ok with it but then that wears off. So far I have not seen that here. They have been so patient and kind with him. The place is always clean. The staff is the friendliest I have ever been around. You can tell they actually enjoy what they are doing and actually care about the residents.
At the end of July, 2023, Gloria Trossbach, had a fall that resulted in a fracture in her hip. She also has Dementia which is not a great mix with physical and occupational therapy. After a week stay at an in-patient rehab, they were ready to discharge her, making all the preparations for her to return home. Her daughter still works 3 days a week and is active in our local fire department. Gloria was non weight bearing at this time. For her and my safety, I refused her return to home. I sent messages to local assisted living... read more

We were looking for Assisted Living for our mother and she was a patient in the hospital and Shannon came in and helped us get everything together within one afternoon! It was a smooth transition for our mom and she has adjusted very well! Every one of our family members who have stopped by remark on the kindness of everyone there and how nice of a facility it is.
