I have been living here for 21 year, but for the past 5-6 years, the building is falling apart. Full of mices, infested with cockroaches, paint is almost disappeared from walls. Outside is 35F, and its second day NO heat and No hot water. Management provided with the phone numbers which are completely disabled. Super is on vacation. Called 311 and made a complaint, which i don’t think will help with this problem. Can’t wait till my lease is over to run away from this garbage.
Great location, fair prices in today's market value yet it was very interesting to see and received the correct information on their deals. Polite and professional staff, thank you for your help.
