This place treats you like you are in prison food is horrible must stuff a dog would not eat staff is rude don't do there jobs rather walk around all day playing on there phones residents will sit in dirty depends for hrs the worst place you could ever send your loved one

If I could give it no stars I would. It is not the nursing staff , it is the cleanliness, it isnt clean , smells awful and i have been in the field for years . It is the fact you could never call to get a hold of administration. Voice mails full. Email only . I know there are good hearts that work there. I would never take my loved on there unless something changes. They have also ran out of food at times. We had a 6 month journey and are so happy we were able to get our loved one to a better place. My mother lives here and I can never get ahold of her on the phone. They just put me on hold. I have asked to have her moved and I'm ignored.
