I'm so grateful to Cheryl, Admissions Coordinator, for helping me get admitted to Arcadia On the Hill after my recent hospital stay. Finding the right place was overwhelming during a really difficult time. I didn't know how to navigate all the care options, but Cheryl answered every question and showed me a clear path forward. Only giving 2 stars because the social workers here are great to work with and do their due diligence. Thanks Talia for all your help. The nurses I can’t say the same kind words for. The nurses are very mean and very neglectful. Wouldn’t let me father walk at all so he was getting no exercise. Nurses stations do not have basic things like bandaids. That seems like a safety concern. Heard nurses talking mean to my father when they thought I couldn’t hear. Terrible facility but once again thanks to the social workers helping m... read more
